2 Weeks Of Work.....

This is a machinist tool that needed an addition .

The forst pass was fusion , the second was er 70 s 2  and is pictured .

This is a cast iron piece and was a bugger to weld !

A 100% penetration weld was called for hence the gouging .

Penning was required .

The above was done in my shop - food grade stainless 6 tack welds out the door !

Vintage cast iron , pre heat post heat , very complicated 3 inches of weld !

The doors were just cool , no welding was done on these !

A gaggle of aluminum airplane parts to be repaired .
