Two of Today's Projects.

First up some MIG welding of brackets of some sort.

The Miller Auto Set 211 at work.

The TIG machine at work !

Welding a foreign differential for "drifting", we used to do this for a poor mans posi track when I was a kid !
The plate was 3/16" welded all around and yes , it was tricky to get the torch in around the main gear , the series 2 was used at roughly 140  amps with mild steel welding rod .

HAPPY WELDING !!!!

Flex Loc TIG Torch Body

It suddenly occurred to me that I had not updated my torch body posts in some time. It is a rare occasion that I use a standard torch body for jobs after investing in the Flex Loc torch body!

I purchased mine through the local Central Welding supply and have never looked back.

I use both the 2 series and 3 series heads and consumables depending on the job and average amperage demands.

This torch is the best investment I have made so far as it allows for easy access to a comfortable position in hard to reach and out of position welds.

Above a quick comparison to a standard torch body.

HAPPY WELDING !!!
