YouTube is a great resource.

When I first started TIG welding in College I needed all the help I could get. One of my instructors used you tube as a resource  and that opened the can to all sorts of tricks of the trade that without I would not have progressed as quickly as I did. http://youtu.be/H3Qb9I03FCk This site is run by a fellow named Jody and BTW his TIG Fingers are super useful.

This site is good for many different types of welding processes. I found his insight and machine comparisons on GTAW welding the most useful of just about any sight I have found.

Hope this helps.
